The lesson most agencies skip

A website has one job.

Looking professional is table stakes, and listing everything you've ever done helps nobody. The job is to take a stranger who arrived with a problem and get them to call, book or fill in a form before they hit the back button and try your competitor.

Everything we design is measured against that. If an element doesn't help a visitor decide, it doesn't make the page. That's what "conversion optimization" means in practice: fewer, better decisions on every screen.

Brochure site → visitors read Lead site → visitors act

Recent builds

Three recent launches across Hamilton and Niagara. Every one built to be found, loaded fast, and get the call.

The briefSixty years in business and a website that had grown the same way: page by page, with no structure, until customers couldn’t find what they came for.
What we builtWe mapped every service into a clear journey (residential, commercial, automatics), rebuilt the site around it, and gave each service its own fast page with a quote button where a visitor expects it.

The briefThe most awarded salon in Niagara needed a site that showed off that creativity and those accomplishments without losing sight of the real job: new clients booking in.
What we builtA bold, editorial design that lets the work do the talking, with portfolio, services and awards built around one action on every screen: request an appointment.

Hamilton Counselling Centre for MenTherapy · Dundas
The briefA therapy clinic for men that wanted to talk to men the way men actually talk and listen, with none of the clinical distance that keeps guys from making the call.
What we builtPlain, direct language, real faces, a free-consult button front and centre, and a structure that makes finding the right therapist a two-click job. Mission accomplished.
Anatomy of a page that converts

Six things, in order.

This is the skeleton under every lead page we build. The order matters: it's the order a visitor asks questions in.

  1. 1
The headline says what you do and where"Furnace repair in Kitchener-Waterloo, same day" beats "Welcome to our website." A visitor decides in about three seconds whether they're in the right place.
  2. 2
One sentence of why youThe thing that makes you the obvious choice, in plain language. Price, speed, guarantee, specialty: pick the one that's true.
  3. 3
The action, above the foldA tap-to-call button on mobile, a short form on desktop. One primary action, repeated down the page, instead of three competing ones.
  4. 4
Proof they can trustReviews, years in business, certifications, the Google rating. Real ones. This is where a nervous visitor goes looking for a reason to say no.
  5. 5
Answers to their doubtsHow much, how fast, what if it goes wrong. Benefit sections that answer the visitor's actual questions beat a list of features every time.
  6. 6
The ask, againA sticky bar on mobile, a final form on desktop. By the time they reach the bottom they've decided; make it one tap to act on it.
What we build

Three kinds of pages.

5–15 pages

Full
website

Your brand's home. Service pages built to rank, an about page that sounds like you, and a contact path that's never more than one tap away.

Best for: established businesses replacing a dated site
1 page, 1 goal

Lead
page

A single page for a single offer, built to pair with Google Ads. There's no menu and nothing to wander off into, only the six things above, in order, and a phone number.

Best for: paid campaigns and seasonal offers
Ongoing

Conversion
tune-up

Already have a site? We measure where visitors drop off, fix the leaks (speed, headlines, forms, mobile) and keep testing what moves the number.

Best for: sites getting traffic but not calls

How a build goes

01DiscoverA working session on who your best customers are, what they search for, and what makes them pick you. We write the headline before we draw anything.Week 1
02DesignMobile first, because that's where most of your visitors are. You see real pages with real copy, not a mood board.Weeks 2–3
03BuildFast-loading, editable by you, with call tracking and form tracking wired in from day one so every lead is counted.Weeks 3–5
04OptimizeLaunch is the start. For the first month we watch where visitors hesitate and fix what we find. After that, ongoing improvement is the conversion tune-up service, scoped separately, so you choose whether to keep going.Ongoing

Timelines are typical for a lead page or small site.

Questions people ask us

Straight answers.

Will I be able to edit it myself?

Yes. We build on a platform you can log into and change text, photos and pages without us. We'll show you how in a 30-minute handover.

Do you write the copy?

We do, with you. The headline and the "why you" line come out of the discovery session; we draft, you correct what doesn't sound like you.

Does it work with my Google Ads?

That's the point. Every page is built with call and form tracking so your ad spend reports real leads, not just clicks. If we run your ads too, it's one dashboard.

Who owns the site, and where does it live?

You do. The site is built on your own account on the platform, your domain stays registered to you, and the content is yours. Hosting is billed by the platform directly to you, so there is no middleman if we ever part ways.

What affects the cost?

Mostly scope: how many services and towns need their own page, whether you have photos and copy or need them created, and whether there is a booking, quoting or e-commerce element. We quote a fixed figure after the discovery call, and the only ongoing costs are hosting and any optional tune-up or content work you choose.

How many revisions, and what happens after launch?

Two rounds of revisions at the design stage and one at build are included, and in practice most sites need fewer because the copy is agreed first. After launch you get a 30-minute handover, a month of fixes and small changes at no charge, and we stay reachable for anything bigger.

How long does it take?

A lead page in about two weeks, because it is one page with one goal and the copy comes straight out of the discovery session. A full site takes four to six weeks: more pages, more photos and more approvals. Most delays come from waiting on photos and approvals, so we'll tell you exactly what we need from you up front.
